东南大学高能理论物理青年研讨会



理解量子引力是理论物理研究最为基础的问题,蕴含着物理学的深刻变革。全息原理的提出受到了弦理论的启发,从方法上交叉着量子信息、统计物理、量子场论以及引力理论等各个方向,是当下研究量子引力理论最有效的途径。此次研讨会意在加强东亚地区相关研究方向青年研究人员的学术交流以及宣传东南大学新成立的丘成桐中心在数学物理方向的研究小组。

Youth Symposium on theoretical high energy physics

in Southeast University



Understanding quantum gravity is one of the most fundamental problems in theoretical physics. Inspired by string theory, the holographic principle is the most effective way to study quantum gravity. It now becomes an intersection between quantum information, statistical physics, quantum field theory, and gravity. The purpose of this seminar is to enhance academic exchanges among young researchers in related research fields in East Asia and to publicize the research team in mathematical physics of the newly established Shing-Tung Yau Center of Southeast University.
