The First Joint Summer School on Theoretical High-Energy Physics
(Hangzhou 2025)
This summer school is a continuation of two series of summer schools hosted by the Kavli Institute for Theoretical Sciences in Beijing (2021 in Liyang, 2023 in Shanghai, and 2024 in Beijing) and by the Yau Center in Southeast University (2020 online, 2021 online, 2023 in Nanjing and 2024 in Nanjing). We plan to merge these two series and hold the summer school annually in China, starting with this first edition in Hangzhou in 2025. The goal of this series of summer schools is to expose students and postdocs in China to the frontiers in theoretical high energy physics and introducing to them the basic research techniques in these subfields.

本暑期学校是中国科学院大学卡弗里理论科学研究所暑期学校（2021溧阳, 2023上海及2024北京）和东南大学丘成桐中心暑期学校（2020线上, 2021线上, 2023南京及2024南京）的延续。我们计划将这两个系列暑期学校合并，今后每年在中国联合举办。“第一届高能理论物理联合暑期学校（2025杭州）”将于2025年8月4日至15日在国科大杭州高等研究院举行。该系列暑期学校旨在让中国学生及博士后接触高能理论物理前沿领域，向他们教授相关子领域的基础研究技术。
