Abstract
I will explain my recent work in which I argue that a certain two-dimensional supersymmetric gauge theory satisfies a relation that promotes the Zamolodchikov tetrahedron equation to an infrared duality between two quantum field theories. Solutions of the tetrahedron equation with continuous spin variables are obtained from partition functions of this theory and its variants.
Speaker
Junya Yagi (八木絢彌) is an assistant professor in Tsinghua University. His research area is formal aspects of quantum field theory and string theory, such as connections between supersymmetric field theories and integrable systems.
The seminar is offline, but it will be broadcasted online by Zoom as well.
Interested people are free to join, without registration in advance.
