Abstract
Friedberg-Jacquet periods and their unitary analogs have a closed relation with the central values of standard L-functions. In this talk, I will survey some recent progress on this subject developed by many other mathematicians.
About the Speaker
张翀，南京大学教授，主要研究方向为自守表示，曾获国家高层次青年人才计划支持。其于2006年本科毕业于清华大学；2011年于清华大学获博士学位，师从印林生教授；先后在中科院与北师大工作数年后，于2017年入职南京大学。
