2022年9月丘中心新增成员——李志金
In September 2022, the Shing-Tung Yau Center of Southeast University welcomes a new member, Dr. Zhijin Li as an associate professor.
Dr. Zhijin Li did his doctoral study at the Department of Physics of the Texas A&M University in the U.S., under the supervision of Prof. Christopher Pope and Prof. Dimitri Nanopolous and received his Ph.D. degree in 2017. Then he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Porto in Portugal from 2018 to 2019 and at the Yale University in the U.S. from 2019 to 2022.
Dr. Zhijin Li has worked on several projects in theoretical physics, including the cosmic inflation and its realization in supergravity and superstring theories, conformal field theories with slightly broken higher spin symmetry or supersymmetry, and the modern conformal bootstrap studies, etc. Recently he is interested in using nonperturbative bootstrap approach to solve strong coupling problems, such as the conformal window and critical indices in conformal gauge theories, for which the most well known examples are the three dimensional quantum electrodynamics and four dimensional quantum chromodynamics.
2022年9月，东南大学丘成桐中心新引进的进编物理学院副教授李志金博士到岗工作。
李志金博士于2017年博士毕业于美国德州农工大学高能理论物理专业，师从Christopher Pope教授和Dimitri Nanopolous教授。随后，李志金博士先后于2018年至2019年在葡萄牙波尔图大学及2019年至2022年在美国耶鲁大学从事博士后研究工作。
李志金博士的研究经历涵盖了多个高能物理领域，包括宇宙暴涨模型及其在超引力和超弦理论中的实现，具有超对称或者弱破缺的高自旋对称性的共形场论理论，以及现代共形场论自举方法的相关领域。最近他的研究工作专注于运用非微扰的自举方法解决强关联规范理论中的若干问题，包括计算3维量子点动力学和4维量子色动力学的红外不动点窗口和临界指数。
