报告摘要：There has been a recent resurgence in the interest in cosmic censorship conjecture, spacetime singularities and predictability. I will introduce the issues and review some of the recent progress in this subject. Then I will discuss whether particle production in black hole spacetime (e.g. Hawking evaporation) can cause the formation of naked singularities.
报告人介绍：
王元君教授2006年本科毕业于新加坡国立大学，2014年毕业于台湾大学，之后在瑞典北欧理论物理研究所以及上海交通大学任博士后研究员，2017年加盟扬州大学物理学院任教授，2019年获自然科学基金优青。王元君教授主要研究广义相对论与引力，主要包括黑洞与宇宙学，全息对偶(Holography)中的引力，以及量子信息在引力中的应用 (霍金辐射、量子纠缠熵与复杂度等)。
