报告摘要:The dynamics of entanglement growth after global quench has been very useful in probing universal features in systems ranging integrable models to chaotic systems such as AdS/CFT. In this talk, we explore such dynamics in a new context: operator entanglement from the reduced density matrices. We study the quenched dynamics of operator entanglement in three classes of systems: rational CFTs in 2d, random unitary circuits, and holographic CFTs, representing systems of different levels of quantum chaoticity. We find a common intermediate plateau regime of extensive operator entanglement in these models, whose persistence we propose as a new measure of quantum chaoticity. We also discuss the results in the context of plausibility of effectively simulating thermalization using matrix-product-state ansatz.

 王华嘉博士2009年本科毕业于华盛顿大学圣路易斯封校,2015年博士毕业于斯坦福大学,之后在UIUC,UCSB等著名高校从事博士后研究,2020年将加入中国科学院大学Kavli理论物理研究所。王华嘉博士的研究领域横跨凝聚态理论和高能理论物理,在全息理论,量子纠缠,量子引力,以及非费米液体等方向都做出了重要的工作。
